Gavin Ingram

Managing Director

A graduate of Hotel & Catering Management from Oxford Brookes University, Gavin worked in the catering and hospitality sector whilst studying. Working with Cliveden Hotel, Hilton Hotels and running his own outside catering company, Gavin has excellent experience and understanding of the demands from the private and corporate catering companies. Becoming a Director of Bite Events in February 2009, the business has grown immensely and now looks after 60 caterers across five counties.

Most memorable Bite event?

Providing the tableware for my wedding last year..!

Perfect Sunday

Taking our dogs Bruno and Cookie for a long walk with my wife on the beach at Wells Next the Sea in Norfolk followed by roast beef, red wine in front of a log fire.

Customer Services Manager

A level 2 Football coach & a die hard West Ham United fan and in my spare time I have a mix of relaxing and fitness, I like to watch a lot of movies and box set dramas which I’m very interested in and when it comes to fitness I play for and managed two local football teams Marlborough men’s 1st (Saturdays) and Marlborough Ladies (Sunday). Robin has over 3 years experience at Bite as a Customer Services Manager.

Most memorable Bite event?

This would have to be any event at Newbury Racecourse, coming from a racing background (father being a trainer) I have an instant affection for the sport and follow closely. So always pleased when these events come around.

As I said before I am a football coach for Marlborough Town Ladies but also play myself in the mornings so when it comes to Sundays being perfect a double win & nothing less.

My motto in life is “if you want something, work hard for it…” With a career in Marquee construction prior to Bite, I can understand how to manage the deliveries for our caterers and event managers. I like visiting the event venues, many of whom I know well.

Most memorable Bite event?

In Dorset on a late evening collection when the van got stuck in a field and it took over an hour in rain to leave the site…

Perfect Sunday

Spending the day with friends, having a meal and a few drinks. I also love to play tennis.

Office Manager

I am a caring, understanding and trustworthy person, kind hearted with a flair for the creative. Having started at Bite in 2009 I am now the office manager and manage the production process.

Most memorable Bite event?

Occasionally out for the deliveries, but the most memorable event is Barbury Horse Trials where we are onsite all day to assist the catering team. Its great because we spend all day at the event, see the horses and spend time at the stalls…! I like to shop…

Something that feeds my soul, like going to the zoo, yoga, reading or being outside exploring nature.
